HLC Electrical India supplies Aluminium Lugs, Electrical Cables, Panels, and related electrical products.

Product specifications and prices are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are mentioned in INR (Indian Rupees) and GST will be charged extra if applicable.

Payment may be required as advance payment, partial advance, or on credit basis, depending on the agreement between the company and the customer.

Additional charges may apply in case of delayed payments.

4. Order Confirmation

An order will be considered confirmed only after payment is received or written confirmation is provided.

HLC Electrical India reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion.

5. Delivery & Shipping

Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary.

The company will not be responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Transportation or shipping charges may be applicable separately.

Customers are responsible for checking the product condition at the time of delivery.

6. Return & Replacement

Electrical products are generally non-returnable.

In case of a manufacturing defect, the customer must inform the company within 3–7 days of receiving the product.

Used or physically damaged products will not be eligible for replacement.

7. Warranty

Warranty will be provided as per the manufacturer’s policy and terms.

Improper installation, misuse, or unauthorized modifications may void the warranty.

8. Liability

HLC Electrical India will not be responsible for any indirect loss, damage, or accident caused due to improper installation or usage of the product.

It is strongly recommended that installation be carried out by a certified electrician or qualified professional.
